Parent questionnaire analysis

Parent/carer questionnaire feedback 2023

Thank you to those of you who completed and returned the parent/carer questionnaire. We had 25 returned in total and they were overwhelmingly positive. They have been analysed and the results will help us to plan ahead. I have shared some of the responses below. There were some lovely comments so thank you for taking the time to complete it and for your continued support!

Thank you so much for completing the google questionnaire. We wanted to provide some feedback to you by sharing some of the wonderful comments and focusing on any improvements that we can make.

Parent/carer questionnaire on Remote Learning and Homework 2021

Following the recent google form parental questionnaire about remote learning and the use of Showbie for homework we were overwhelmed at the positive response towards home learning especially during such a difficult time for families and schools.

New reception starters questionnaire 2020

Thank you to our reception parents who completed the questionnaire, we received 10 forms back. If you still wish to complete a form, please do and return it to school as we really do value your views. The questionnaires were overwhelmingly positive and reflect the hard work and dedication our St. John’s staff team have towards the children in our care and our school community. We are so glad that you chose to send your children to us and are pleased with how they have settled and progress they are making. We are never complacent and we are always looking for ways to improve our practice, magpie ideas from other settings and engage our parents/carers so you too are part of school life. “We feel you have handled everything for new starters during Covid brilliantly. Especially the things mentioned in question 3 they really helped to get our child excited and see his teachers. “

Parent/carer questionnaire 2019-2020

Thank you to everyone who completed the parent/carer questionnaire. If you still wish to complete a form, please do and return it to school as we really do value your views. The questionnaires were overwhelmingly positive and reflect the work staff are doing to ensure our children made great progress, achieve well whilst gaining lots of valuable experiences. We have very high expectations of our ourselves and our children because we want them to attain well. Academic ability will ensure they are ready for the next stages of their education whilst our ethos encourages them to be the best citizens they can be. Please do come and speak with us if you want to raise any worries/concerns and ensure you attend parent’s evenings so you are updated on the progress your child is making as well as being informed of the milestones your child should be reaching at the end of each year group. I wanted to share with you some of the wonderful comments parents/carers have written on their questionnaire forms. It is great to see that lots of you are just as proud of our school as myself, the staff and the governors.
