"I am very glad to be involved with St John's School as a Foundation Governor (ex officio). I joined the Governing Board at the end of 2022 by virtue of being Vicar of St John's Church Thornham. However, I have been involved with the school since my arrival in 2019, from time to time taking assemblies, and welcoming the school to St John's Church throughout the year for various services, including Christmas, Easter and end of year. Many school families attend St John's Church, and I am delighted at the developing relationship between school and church, as we seek to play our part together in the local community.
St John's School is a caring and loving community with strong and forward-looking leadership. It provides an excellent primary education for our children, where all are valued and respected as the unique individuals that they are. God's love for us, and our love for Him and for one another, are the foundation of all that we do."
