    TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS

We have previously used the Teachers2Parents system to send out text messages and emails. This service is becoming too expensive for us to continue to use. As an alternative we are able to use the school website via TheSchoolApp and will now be able to send push notifications to you through our school APP. This is a very secure way of us sending direct messages to parents as well as sharing newsletters/letters. You should have received a letter in your child’s book bag on Friday 10th January 2020 which gives you more information about this

THIS SYSTEM WILL NOT BE UP AND RUNNING UNTIL NEXT WEEK SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY EMAILS/MESSAGES UNTIL THEN. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE MESSAGES ONCE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE APP. IN ORDER FOR US TO SEND YOU THE PERMISSIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP WE NEED TO GAIN YOUR CONSENT SO WE CAN INVITE YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE APP & GRANT PERMISSIONS. PLEASE SEND THE CONSENT FORM BACK TO SCHOOL BY 15TH JANUARY SO WE CAN ADD YOU TO THE SYSTEM.

We are pleased to announce that school is now accepting payments online for items such as dinner money, school trips and uniform. • The technology used is of the highest internet security available ensuring that your money will reach school safely – offering you peace of mind
    • Payments can be made by credit/debit card or also through PayPoint
    • Full payment histories and statements are available to you securely online at anytime
    • Your children will not have to worry about losing money at school
    • Parents can choose to be alerted when their balances are low via email and/or SMS text.

    • What are the benefits to our school?
      • You can help us reduce workloads for all staff as no more counting cash, chasing debt and stop cash collection services.
      • Creates more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.
      • Help to reduce anti-social behaviour
      • Using ParentPay also ensures that all financial transactions are safe and secure - helping us to remove costs associated with us having to manage cash securely on the school premises.
      • The more parents that use ParentPay, the greater the benefit is to our school.
