Our Christian Distinctivness

Our school motto

enables us all to flourish and is rooted in the bible-

 

John 13:34-35 “…love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another, then everyone will know that you are my disciples”.

Our ethos statement, written by our school community, is encompassed in a heart to show that love is at the heart of everything at St. John’s and is the thread that ties us together.

Look for the thread around school!

We encourage our children and staff to live in and live out the values and the staff and children felt that all ten should remain as they were all so important for us and our school. Our children are encouraged and rewarded for living out the values in school and at home. This teaches them to be good citizens, serve others and make a difference in our school and the world around them.

The children are enjoying the different clubs on offer before and after school, have a look and sign your child up on Parent Pay. The children can also access clubs at lunchtimes so have look to see what they would enjoy and encourage them to attend!
