BASC No-Dig Gardening

Still image for this video
This year BASC are going to try growing our own vegetables. We found a neglected corner and worked together to clear it ready to turn into a No-Dig garden area. We started by emptying old pots of dead plants and pulling up the weeds. Then we put cardboard down to stop more weeds coming up. Next we put fresh compost on top of the old soil and cardboard. We have planted some onions already.

Gardening

The Christmas Festivities have begun with lots of additional activities and events for our children to experience! Don't forget to check the Autumn dates for things happening in school time and after school too!
